Learning with Silanga

Teachers and students started learning to use a Mac Book laptop and a usb gprs modem in April 2008.

We hope Teachers and learners will gradually become able to use this technology to communicate with the rest of the world and in educational projects.

Hello from Brighton on the south coast of England, UK. I am pleased to see you have received computing technology to help learn about the Internet. I look forward to seeing what you have discovered to learn about.

I am involved in research in science education at secondary school (aged 11-16 years), and am interested to hear other people's experiences of learning with and through technology. What subjects are you finding out things on, as well as learning how to use your new technology?
